WiHERed Day is a historic celebration officially recognized by proclamations from Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Congresswoman Debbie Dingell. Founded by Dr. Kay Ready, this annual event brings together women in real estate and business to rise above fear, step boldly into purpose and build a lasting legacy.

On October 3, 2026, women real estate, entrepreneurs and leaders will gather in the Metro Detroit area for an evening of elegance, empowerment and celebration. Where honorees are recognized, sisterhood is celebrated and every woman leaves knowing her authority was never lost.
