Return Policy
We operate on an exchange-only basis. Items eligible for exchange must be unworn and retain their original tags. Items can be mailed back. Please note that the cost of return shipping to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the item or tracking information by our shipping department, we will process the exchange by issuing a new item or store credit. In cases where the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a return shipping label.

Shipping Policy
Our warehouse & shipping department run five days a week, with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness. Orders placed from Monday to Friday are packed within 72 hours. Please note that we do not pack orders on weekends and most holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipping delays may occur. We ask for your patience and to allow up to 14 business days for shipping.
