I didn’t always have it all figured out. I’ve been the woman who showed up for everybody else while secretly battling fear, doubt, and burnout. I know what it’s like to feel called to more but not know how to step into it. That’s why I do what I do.

I’m Dr. Kay Ready, real estate leader, speaker and the founder of WiHERed. I help women rise above everything that’s been holding them back so they can walk boldly in their calling and dominate in business, real estate, and life.

I created WiHERed because I needed what it now gives other women. A space where faith meets strategy. Where mindset shifts lead to real transformation. Where women are reminded that they’re not crazy, they’re called.

I’ve had the honor of receiving the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden and an honorary doctorate for my work in the community. I’ve been recognized in real estate and have mentored agents and women across the country but none of that matters more than impact.

 

My mission has always been about helping women see themselves the way God sees them: capable, powerful, and ready.
